How are you doing? I'm good! Happy Friday! 🙌🏾🎉 Wow, what a week! It's been a difficult week because I've been chasing an outstanding invoice. Which still hasn't been resolved. None the less! The week has ended on a high, today I've put out the save the date for my book launch! Save 18th September 5pm-8pm, live in person, in London!

This week I finished Maria's book and shared my book review. I'm an action-taker and I've been learning in a lot of speaking spaces recently. And her book hit differently because I was open to receive. Ready for change! And something amazing happened. The experience I've had doing IT service management and digital transformation, culture change is what is needed when it comes to AI adoption and visible leadership. It all comes back to being human-centric and enabling when it comes to employees using tech in the work space. Today, I launched my new speaking direction. You can check it out: HERE ​

What I am learning is that to achieve results you've never had, you've to do things differently. You have to feel the fear and do it anyway!

And now to the title of the email: Your Voice is 1 in a Million

I was on a call with a client this afternoon and we were talking about her next steps as she builds her profile as paid speaker. And it's interesting because you think in summer on LinkedIn it's quieter and no-one really reading your posts because they are enjoying the summer as they should be.

And that's when it's quite funny because perhaps what summer does is activate people's lurking mode. So they're still watching, reading and digesting but just not engaging. And so it was with my client she was telling me she had seen my posts about the forthcoming Paid Speaker Merch and told me one of the most popular slogans which was: Your Voice is 1 in a Million

Someone also commented that this slogan made them think of the legendary and gone to soon Aaliyah: One in Million 💃🏾😍🎶💃🏾😍🎶💃🏾😍🎶💃🏾😍🎶💃🏾😍🎶 That was purely accidental, but total nostalgia vibes, if you're from that era.

Now for today's Business Reflection:

Today, I'm reflecting on something I often say to my friends, "Feelings aren't FACT's". I need to take my own medicine with that one today! Because it's been hard to separate feeling from fact. However, I am clear that feelings are fleeting, so tomorrow is a new day. A fresh start and the opportunity to reset and go again!

2️⃣ You have the opportunity to see you as other see you, the change maker, the expert, the coach, the mentor insert your own
